STORY - Activity LeaderBoard for whole server #21

Creating a LeaderBoard for the total time played for chosen games/activities.

Graphs and output of leaderboards and comparisons between members. The leaderboards will be for the whole server and members that are within the server.

We can perhaps create "rewards" or special roles for those that place high in the leaderboards.

How does this ticket differ from #31

It's a leaderboard for the whole server whereas ticket #31 is to generate charts and graphs for members when they use a command such as "get_info"
