Ignored the txt file that contains the greetings message ID in .gitignore since message ID does not need to be shared with other developers
Imported only WELCOME_CHANNEL_ID, WELCOME_REACT_EMOJI, and VERIFIED_MEMBER_ID to avoid importing unnecessary variables
Removed a comment in main.py since function is being used in another cog

Update PR commit to include reason for removal and that the move function has already been moved to a different cog
