I have discoverd that if u reboot ur device and try to jailbreak with untether icon it will cause the wake/sleep issue

But if u use unc0ver icon to activate the jailbreak there is no wake/sleep issue ever

Hope it will be fixed in untether icon

That kinda defeats the whole purpose seeing as you have to keep that unc0ver signed. Maybe you can use app sync to install the unc0ver ipa and keep it running that way.
