Implements #6: A landing page for the project that advertises the webapp.

There's a regression on the footer position. If you go to http://localhost:3001/raid-teams you'll find that it's outside of the viewport, resulting in a scroll bar, but it's supposed to be attached to the bottom of the viewport.
