🐛 Do not overwrite non-empty git commit messages #16

If a commit message is not empty, it will launch the default editor to give the user the option to edit or keep the current message. Described in more detail in https://github.com/LinusU/emoji-commit/issues/15.

This commit adresses https://github.com/LinusU/emoji-commit/issues/15. It should also solve https://github.com/LinusU/emoji-commit/issues/8.
