Needs to be run as root/Administrator because no other accounts work, how do I run as root/Administrator? #198

I keep getting this message: npm ERR! If you believe this might be a permissions issue, please double-check the permissions of the file and its containing directories, or try running the command again as root/Administrator. and something when running as my last acc I can run. It said I can only read and the other said it can r&w. Both did not work. I need to run as root/Administrator, but how?
