Post-install, pre-rm fixes for the renamed package python3-elbe-updated #287

The scripts still relied on the old name of the package: elbe-updated, instead of on the new name python3-elbe-updated. This resulted in a broken package when installing it into the built filesystem

Would you please add your Signed-off-by to allow integrating the patches licensed under Elbe's license? See also the kernel's patch submission rules. We usually send patches to the elbe-devel@linutronix.de mailing list but I can forward your signed-off patches if you do not want to post them there.

I'll send this to the elbe-devel mailing list then. You can close this pull request. I'm pretty new to open source contributions.
