Link to "Manjaro Get Involved" doesn't exist anymore. #87

Hi :) Get Involved page ([Manjaro](https://manjaro.github.io/homepage/public/get-involved/)) doesn't exist anymore, text and translations are now inside Manjaro Hello.

I found Contributing page on Manjaro Wiki, it's empty now but I'll try to reach wiki editors and fix that issue :)
