Dotnet48 hangs on install #49

I have been trying to get Space Engineers working. The patcher always used to work for me, but ever since about a year ago I haven't had any luck with it at all. It just seems to hang when I use it, or it will seem to complete but space engineers will still not run. Usually I could fix this by following the manual instructions and install each item one at a time, but even that seems broken now. For example, when trying to install dotnet48 it seems to be going well for a while but then I get this looping in the terminal output for seemingly forever (waited over 2 hours):

0648:err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 7BC64760 "../wine-staging/dlls/ntdll/thread.c: fls_section" wait timed out in thread 0648, blocked by 0528, retrying (60 sec)

I notice that there hasn't been any major updates to these patches in quite some time. Is the project dead? Any help would be appreciated.

The only time i have know this to happen was solved by using protontricks instead of winetricks. See issue https://github.com/Linux74656/SpaceEngineersLinuxPatches/issues/44
