As a user I would be like to be able to register on the site #7

There are a number of questions which we would need to resolve here:

  1. if we allow users to register themselves, it means we will end up with non-LinuxAccra members, is that desirable? If not, it means an administrator would register the user and give them their login details.
  2. The workflow will be dependent on what we decide in (1). If we allow self-registration, then the user would do the normal confirm-via-email thing. Otherwise, I'm not sure.

I think we should allow a user to register as a Member or Non-member. Member registration will go further to commit the user. Non-member will be given less privilege relative to the member.
