1 year ago nm-tray has been replaced with network-manager. I have never seen the additional icon issue on Bullseye or Bookworm Suggest this issue is closed.

With the Buster ISO it tends to add a new icon every boot.
It was brought in to replace wicd (and is meant to bring in networ-manager as a dependency) Is there something better available?
