Docs: Add MachineKit page #1949

Add a page to docs (or wlo?) detailing differences, strength and weaknesses of these, as well as as backport related infos (opportunity, feasibility,...)

This page would both answer often asked (or silently wondered) questions as well as may be a source of inspiration for dev projects.

There is a collection of thoughts already on https://github.com/LinuxCNC/wlo/pull/23 . The LinuxCNC Wiki (and a pointer to it from the LinuxCNC web pages) may be a better place since this is where the authors/users of said forks can contribute.
