Minor changes for the M and G-code Modal table #2943

Rename M-code group 5 'On/Off I/O' -> 'I/O Pins'
References the correct M-codes for group 5
Don't force multiple lines in table.
Reference correct tables in overview table.

I had some issues with cross references, specifically in HTML. Why do we have to specify the name to display when creating a cross reference?

The picture shows what I mean when I don't specify any name, I would expect AsciiDoc to automatically use 'Table..' or the table name in this instance. asciidoc_ref
