Need documentation on how to activate Sql server 2005 dialect. #116

I have been researching your code and have been unable to get Migrator.Net
to use this dialect.

A configuration example would be very good in the Wiki. 

So basically:

How do you get Migrator.Net to use SQL Server 2005 dialect?

On the command line specify "SqlServer2005" as the provider.
