Option to generate a migration SQL script rather than running scripts directly against the database. #160

An option could be passed to migrator.net telling it to write all SQL neccesary 
for changes to a file, rather than running it into the database. This option 
would respect the versions in SchemaInfo and only export those changes that 
need to be run.

This would be useful in situations where database changes must undergo review, 
or where those writing the change scripts do not have write access to the 
production database. The generated script can then be reviewed and passed on to 
those responsible for running it.
