Create Samples wiki page #7

I will add information to a page describing how to run migrator. This was 
one of the areas that was a little difficult searching older 
documentation. Originally Marc-Andre had this integrated with Castle 
Generator so some of the usage documentation is a little off.

Any comments?

Here is the beginning of a Getting Started wiki page. I have included the 
generic 
migration.build file that I use to perform migrations as well as some helpful 
information that would help people get started
