root fydeOS #1

Is it safe to root fydeos v18 using this guide? I have multiboot installation of fydeos along side windows 11. I don't want to lose my data that is why i want to make sure before hand

I haven't tried this methods on FydedOS, just on Android AOSP so I can't tell you if this work or not. I'm doing some tests installing different OSs but when I finish I can try to root the androido subsystem on FydeOS

Okay buddy. I hope that's not a tough one. I tried Fydeos and in terms of smoothness and overall convenience of using Android on ChromeOS is awesome. ChromeOS + Android + Linix is just what i need.

But on FydeOS there's battery drain and heating issues for me. ChromeOS doesn't have extensive tools to tinker around much.
