The first project was abandoned in favor of a C++ library. The second project hasn't been updated in 9 years and is not Python 3 compatible.
We will need to locate C-CDA schemas (XSD) and generate an appropriate model. Based on the R&D involved I am going to move this issue out of our initial "MVP" epic.
