Current behavior

http://linuxbrew.sh is served over plain HTTP.

Expected behaviour

http://linuxbrew.sh to be redirected to https://linuxbrew.sh

We don't currently enforce HTTPS. Older versions of CentOS are not able to use HTTPS.
