The error message is too generic, users might not know what went wrong. Perhaps your team could consider giving some sample commands or command summary for users to try out instead of displaying "Unknown command".

I think the command is clear enough about what is wrong. Users are provided with the User Guide already so they will definitely know why the command is unknown.
