Network provided location #179

Optionally use Network (cell tower) location instead of the GPS provided 
location.

Sometimes you don't want to have GPS enabled, for saving battery or you are 
inside a building where GPS signal is to low. It would be nice to have the 
option to use NETWORK_PROVIDER instead of GPS_PROVIDER.
