Adjustable filter for plausible values delivered by GPS sensor #222

There is a filter built in, that checks plausibility for the values of height 
and speed. I would like to have the filter adjustable for all the values that 
the GPS sensor delivers.

E.g.:

Speed: MIN 0kmh MAX 70kmh 

Elevation: MIN 45m MAX 170m (if you know in which height range you move)

Number of satellites used: MIN 4 MAX infinite

Accuracy: MIN 5 MAX 6 (what is the meaning of ogt10:accuracy  value in gpx 
export file exactly?)

etc.

The reason why i'm aksing for that feature is, that i found some speed values 
in my track that are impossible to achieve for me on a bicycle.

You're are doing a great job, keep on. I like this app very much.
