Add Vim mode Key binding #567

Hi,
Would you add vim-like key binding,I think a lot of python user use linux, and 
they love to use vim, so if pyscripter can support vim-like key binding, it is 
perfect!

There is already some Vim-like shortcut configuration in 
http://code.google.com/p/pyscripter/wiki/Customization.

You can also try to customize the key bindings to match Vim through Tools, 
Options, Editor Options and Tools, Options, IDE shortcuts and export them to a 
file via Tools, Options, Import/Export, Export Shortcuts.  I will then add your 
shortcut configuration file to 
http://code.google.com/p/pyscripter/wiki/Customization.
