Problem when resizing columns in "Messages" pane.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to "Messages" pane.
2. Try to resize the first column ("Message"), dragging right separation line 
in the header.

What is the expected output?

The column should change it's size accordingly.

What do you see instead?

Nothing happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

2.4.3.0 Windows 7 pro 32bit

This is a bit unintuitive, but there is a separation line almost invisible just 
before the scroll buttons.  Each field can be resized by dragging the 
separation line at its **right** side.

I don't quite understand... How exactly can I resize the first column? It's 
right side just does not move (but mouse pointer change it's form indicating 
possible drag operation)

The first column fills the available space.  Resize the other ones and the 
remaining space will be width of the first column.
