Application error when opening multiple files from Windows Explorer

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a script with PyScripter.
2. In Windows Explorer, right-click and select Open With | PyScripter.exe

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Application Error, memory access violation. Second dialog box saying "No Python 
engine created."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

v2.6.4.0 x64
Windows 7 x64
