Unicode typing problem

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Type Unicode character (my case is Thai) together with English. The cursor 
will jump around. Some additional space is added.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The cursor will need to behave like English typing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version, Window XP SP3

I acknowledge the issue but this is due to the editor component used.  When you 
type decomposed Unicode characters extra space is added I am afraid.  I am 
sorry but I am not in position to resolve this issue.
