My Bluetooth Places error msg: FTP Service not found on target device every time i open pyscripter

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start pyscripter
2. after a few seconds, the Error message appears exactly twice (attached 
screenshot)
3. Un-installing & re-installing the program doesn't solve the issue
4. no difference between exe installer & the non-registry zip versions
5. Have never seen this error in any other program
6. Don't seem to find any "option" in Tools->Options related to this

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.5.3.0 x86 - windows 7 - non registry install

Please provide any additional information below.
Is pyscripter trying to connect to different places contained in "My Computer" 
for some reason and the unavailable "Bluetooth connection" causing this error?

The messages are shown by your Bluetooth driver, which has installed a File 
Explorer extension on the desktop, when PyScripter's File Explorer inquires 
about whether that folder has child nodes.

To avoid seeing the message just go to PyScripter's Explorer, right-click and 
select Browse path.  Then select a directory other than the desktop to display 
as the root folder.  PyScripter will remember this and the next time it start's 
up it will not show these messages.
