What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.install it
2.open it
3.the MSG in the summary appears "Python could not be properly initialized. We 
must quit"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
for it to open, but it failed to open

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.5.3
