Ctrl+C does not always copy #653

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Intermittent, sometimes it does copy sometimes not

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XP 64-bit. 2.5.3.0

I like this IDE but I dont' unerstand why Ctrl+C does not always work
