Keyboard shortcuts on international keyboards

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to add a curly brace to the code (105 key QWERTZ Hungarian)
2. The breakpoint window gets a focus
3. Same will happen with AltGr + F / G / B / N etc.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A curly brace "{".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.5.3.0 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
AltGr is "ctrl+alt" technically, but the only editor that messes it up (apart 
from pyscripter) is eclipse. Now I am looking through the IDE shortcuts and try 
to find the problematic items and remove their keyboard shortcuts. It's a pain 
in the back.
