I would be content with 3 file views across my widescreen,
and dragging of files to the center of the view.
Selecting which file is viewed for each by dragging from the project explorer
to the specified view.Another selection example: A different kind of tab list,
containing all open files, with the ability to drag it onto a view, would be
very efficient. The file tab could be ordered by the views they are in, or
hover over the view.
A workspace splitter that handled multiple splits, and a simpler way to select
which is within. With instant edits if the same file appears in 2 views, like
the existing split editor, built in.
Blender, the 3d app, has a very customisable view system, though technically it
views one file, or scene, the user interface is great.
Thanks a lot for working on pyscripter. It is my python IDE of choice.
