issue#1

i have installed few tools in ubuntu 16.4 LTS i have also installed classic menu & kali linux menu but when i navigate to kali menu --->footprinting--->nmap i opens in xterm terminal i wont it to open in my gnome terminal it self !

issue#2

katoolin made life easiler but has some pro and cons suppose iam installing cookie graber tools it installs them properly but removes some important packages of buntu like you can see here Removing appmenu-qt5 (0.3.0+16.04.20151130-0ubuntu1) ... Removing ubuntu-desktop (1.361) ... Removing checkbox-gui (1.2.4-0ubuntu1) ... Removing checkbox-converged (1.2.4-0ubuntu1) ... Removing unity-tweak-tool (0.0.7ubuntu2) ... Removing unity-webapps-common (2.4.17+15.10.20150616-0ubuntu2) ... Removing unity-webapps-service (2.5.0~+16.04.20160201-0ubuntu1) ... Removing webapp-container (0.23+16.04.20160413-0ubuntu1) ... Removing webbrowser-app (0.23+16.04.20160413-0ubuntu1) ... Removing qml-module-ubuntu-web:i386 (0.23+16.04.20160413-0ubuntu1) ... Removing libunity-webapps0:i386 (2.5.0~+16.04.20160201-0ubuntu1) ...

maybe because of katoolin removing some important packages i had many display no gui atall only tty it made me to reinstall ubuntu twice :(

For issue #1, just run 'nmap' in gnome-terminal.
