Consider removing local copy of lioncore.json #82

We have now a canonical copy in the organization repository and this file is probably not needed anymore: https://github.com/LIonWeb-org/lioncore-java/blob/master/core/src/test/resources/serialization/lioncore.json

There's also one in lioncore-typescript... I guess it's preferable to not commit them, but then they should at least be compared to the canonical/official one.
