Avoid insert on empty list of containments #7

Solve #6 by adding a guard against insertion of empty containments, similarly to what is done for references and properties

Hi, I did see this PR only after I already made exactly the same fix (I seem to filter incoming email to enthusiastically, so I did not see the PR.). Therefore I will reject this change.
