Drop support for EOL PHP 5.3-5.5 #108

Some of the EOL build jobs are failing, so this helps the build pass.

If Drupal 7 still officially supports those versions, it's conceivable that Drupal module, themes or profiles will want to continue to test them for their users. So, I'm not sure this is the right thing to do...
