Add the support of Drupal 9
Add the new DRUPAL_TI_PHPUNIT_VERSION env variable to specifying a phpunit version to use

Build on Travis are broken since Drupal Core made some changes with PHPUnit compatibility -> https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/3063887
