Updated old overwatch image with a recent one.

This image needs to be compressed before it can land.

yeah, I was wondering since the file size increased that much. Yet it's still smaller than clashofclans.png, formula1.png and tft.png. What is the limit? 100 kB?

There is no hard limit, it's essentially a "compress as much as possible without creating obvious compression artifacts"

Ideally we should not be using PNG for these images in the first place, JPEG / WEBP / AVIF are much more appropriate formats. The only reason existing images have not been converted is because they have already been "compressed" by reducing to 256 colors, we need the originals to re-compress properly and those do not seem to be readily available. Reducing PNG color depth is not a great solution as it creates significant banding or dithering.
