Tracking category for lack of `parent` #2914

Should we have a tracking category for any standard tournament objects that store into LPDB where they are lacking a parent? For example; prize pools, brackets, groups, broadcaster cards, etc. This would allow us to catch tournament/matchlist pages which are missing either an infobox or a hidden data box.

okay for me (on sc2 i have a cleanup module which conditrions on empty parent, but via category works good too)
