Summary

Remove the legacy publishertier input support after the bot conversions are done. Due to that some (custom) modules can be deleted entirely. Also kick the sc2 infobox league/hidden stuff as it got botted away too. (Doing it in the same pr to not have to adjust publ tier stuff in there and hence getting merge conflicts)

How did you test this change?
