whenever a supplies are dropped send a (network) message to all players (marines & aliens) indicating where and what was dropped item stay time should be increased as well

LAN party showed that this feature toatlly makes sense! The marines need a direction where to go as the aliens need to know where to expect the marines. This might also increase the possibility of the marines splitting up if one member needs health and the other needs ammo...
