Video on Failed Tests only option #142

Added option to only add video recordings to failed tests in the mochawesome report

@LironEr I went for the lazy option of using the screenshot-folder example for the testing of this reporterOption instead of making a separate set of examples for it (like I probably should have) with the corresponding tests... Let me know if that's a blocker for you or if you can give it a pass 😉
