Currently, minFee part of the chain connector plugin has a default value of 10LSK which is a huge amount for transaction.
There are couple of improvments:
Lower the default value to a lower safe value 500000 beddows
Use receivingChainAPIClient.transaction.computeMinFee function to compute minFee on the fly and submit CCU transaction
Which version(s) does this affect? (Environment, OS, etc...)
