Make sure all transaction types are submittable

As a follow up to the #4322 we should fix the following issues to ensure all transaction forms work.

• Fix active token selector usage
• Fix active token selector usage
• Fix transaction details view
• Fix transaction details in sign multisignature process
• Fix issues with the Reclaim balance view, caused by the structural changes
• Fix broken unit tests
• Update PostCSS dependencies and configuration
