It gives Emacs, slime, sbcl, quicklisp and git packaged together. Works as expected on linux, is reported to work on windows but not on the latest MacOS: https://www.reddit.com/r/lisp/comments/5j2fek/portacle_a_portable_common_lisp_development/

ps: I'm so glad to find a pretty website with short and clear tutorial sections about common lisp :)
