[BUG] IP Address Widget fails on HTTPS #437

The API used for fetching public IP address, rejects requests from HTTPS on the free plan. The solution is to either find a new IP provider, or to write my own service.

This relates to the Public IP Widget. Originally raised in #427 by @henkiewie
