Hi everyone, I hope all is well out there.

I added another authenticator called etopa, I have been using it for my authentications and it works very well, so I decided to add it for more people to use.

I'm just looking into the app now, and it seems good. Small userbase and young project, so worth me checking the repo a bit more closely. If anyone's interested, GH is: https://github.com/ltheinrich/etopa All seems to look good to me.
