multi stage build docker, to minimize the docker image #78

Hi @Lissy93, Hope that you are well. this is a great and helpful project. I built in my windows machine, and the docker image is really big (>4GB actually :-) , perhaps in other OS will be the same) I created this PR in order to reduce the docker image size by multi stage build :-) Cheers, R
