tepid-discover was terminated #18

Hello, I am using tepid for the mutation analysis of transposable elements. When I did the first mapping, there was no problem; I got four files bam, bai, split.bam and umap.fastq; I was using the first When the second part of the command detects the presence of polymorphic TE, the program terminates in the middle.This is my command:tepid-discover -i --strict -p 6 -n exl -c exl.bam -s exl.split.bam -t ../../TE.bed,the log message is that 图片
