Post Model & Editor Component should support multiple versions of content #207

  1. Store a series of auto-saves (locally also?)
  2. Keep a series of manual draft saves and let the user restore to an earlier draft
  3. After content is published, ensure that any edits are saved as a new version of the content, and let any purchasers see all versions of the post after it is published.
