Static/White Noise on LU Soundtrack #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start up the game and get to the main menu
2. Head to Ringo Moon

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Pretty much hearing static from the music.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest X3AP off Steam, has No Steam EXE from egosoft, LU patched to 1.4.7.

Please provide any additional information below.
Started from a fresh install of both X3AP and LU. Redid the installation 
process at least once. Same result. Workaround is, of course, turn off the 
music.

Try to disable MP2 and MP3 using CCCP's LAV Audio Settings.

Someone else fixed this by installing K-lite codec pack.
